Forms for Registered Campers

Please complete the following steps before coming to camp:

  1. Teacher Recommendation Form
  2. Travel Form (complete by May 1st)
  3. Class Sign-up (for registered students only)
  4. Audition Material (music students only)
  5. General Camp Info
  6. Make Tuition Payment (tuition due by May 1st; after May 1st there is an additional $50 processing fee).
  7. Update Account Info
