​Musical Theater Auditions

All students who register will be part of the production. Students must submit all appropriate materials via this form. Roles will be assigned on the first day of camp. If you have questions about auditions please contact the Director Zeke Blackwell at [email protected].

Musical Theater Acting Track Audition
Please upload all of these materials to this form via wetransfer.com.
-Resume: 1 page resume or list of relevant experiences
-Headshot (photograph of yourself from the shoulders up. Can be taken with a smartphone or any other digital camera)
-Reference: 1 reference letter from a mentor (this letter is intended to help your MT camp instructors more effectively teach you, not to persuade us to accept you to the program)
-Video: 1 video including the following:

1.  Please record an introduction, where you give us your name, your voice part, the name of your pieces, and any instruments you play.
2. Prepare 1 minute of a musical theater song of your choice. We highly recommend you perform this with accompaniment - this could be your local music teacher or an online karaoke track.
3. Prepare show specific selection for your voice. Choose 1 option: Musical Theater Camp - Vocal Audition Videos
4. Prepare a 1 minute monologue of your choice. Preferably from a contemporary musical or play.
5. Prepare the dance combination in these videos. Breakdown - Music
6. Upload a headshot. The headshot can be taken at home on a phone and does not need to be professionally taken.
