Be part of a team that creates a mosaic sculpture to be displayed as public art on the beautiful Sitka Fine Arts campus. This is a workshop for all skill levels. Students will work as a team to fabricate a large-scale sculpture to be completed with a finished mosaic surface. The sculpture can range from a geometric form to a loose representation of a whimsical character or animal figure, the class will decide as a collective. This will be a creative collaboration to add some year-round color to campus. Kick off your summer with this fun immersive experience that will leave a long-lasting impression on you and our campus.
