For your student's arrival flight to Sitka (MS: June 14, HS: June 28), please send the student with unaccompanied minor form to the airport. We do not need a copy of this form.
For your student's departure flight from Sitka (MS: June 27, HS: July 12), please complete this Alaska Airlines form and upload it below so we can send it with your student to the airport.
